The U features eleven different stations with two island serving areas, a brand new dish room and a top-notch dining area with four types of seating. The serving stations are quick-service style, where students can decide what they want in a restaurant dining facility. Our entree stations cook dishes in small batches to ensure freshness and quality and at our specialty Cook to Order station our Sodexo Chefs will create rice and pasta entrees specified by the diner from an assortment of ingredients. The U is located in Gage Memorial Union.
