The U features eleven different stations with two island serving areas, a brand new dish room and a top-notch dining area with four types of seating. The serving stations are quick-service style, where students can decide what they want in a restaurant dining facility. Our entree stations cook dishes in small batches to ensure freshness and quality and at our specialty Cook to Order station our Sodexho Chefs will create rice and pasta entrees specified by the diner from an assortment of ingredients. The U is located in Gage Memorial Union.

Charlie's is located in the PUB building of Gage Memorial Union and offers Smart Market grab and go, Grill 155, and the Stomping Grounds featuring Starbucks coffee. Customers may use their Coe Cash or cash sales.
 “Smart Market” is a comprehensive convenient meal solutions program targeted at customers that need a food fix in a hurry. The grab and go menu consists of sandwiches, salads desserts and hot microwaveable meals.
The Stomping Grounds is proudly serving Starbucks coffee. Charlie's customers can grab their favorite Starbucks beverages and relax on comfy coffee house chairs and couches right here on the Coe College campus. Starbucks purchases and roasts high-quality whole bean coffees and sells them along with fresh, rich-brewed, Italian style espresso beverages, a variety of pastries and confections, and coffee-related accessories and equipment. Starbucks also offers a line of innovative premium Tazo Teas.
