Favorites From Home

ChiliSometimes we reach that time in the year when students begin to reminisce about those comforting meals that come from home. That's why we offer our innovative "Favorites From Home" program. It brings home cooking to our campus. We think that the parents and grandparents are the best resource available to make our local menu "more like home." By sharing the recipe your student most enjoys, you'll assist us in providing a wider and more popular selection of menu items. Our menus will feature winners from this year's Favorites From Home responses. Simply Email us a recipe with the directions and we will incorporate it into our menu.

 

Trayless Dining

What are the benefits of Trayless Dining?

  • Healthier Students, studies have shown that students take less food and opt for healthier choices
  • Lowers Energy usage

Sodexo and Coe College have had a long standing commitment to reducing our impact on the environment. This year 2008-09 Students on campus have requested that we further that commitment by converting to Trayless Dining.

 

Conversion to Zero Trans-Fats Oils
Sodexo celebrates its two-year anniversary of the conversion to zero trans-fat oil products in all foodservice operations nationwide. Zero Trans-Fats products include salad dressings, sauces, soups, breads, muffins, cereals, pasta, breaded chicken, eggs, tortillas, oils and a range of other items.
