Assistance
Consult department staff for help
using resources or finding information in the
library or on the web. Reference assistance is
available from 8:00 am-4:30 (Monday-Friday).

to 4pm; 8 pm to 10:30 pm

Interlibrary
Loan (ILLIAD)
A free service for faculty, staff
and students providing materials the library does
not own, using state-of-the-art technology including
OCLC, FAX and ARIEL. Forms are available
on the table behind the Reference Counter and
we encourage you to make your requests electronically
through OCLCís FirstSearch service. Consult
Harlene Hansen with questions about ILL.
