IMPORTANT - CHANGES TO FLIGHT AND DEPARTURE INFORMATION BELOW
9:00 – Donuts and Juice in Marquis Hall - MANDATORY SUITCASE WEIGH-IN - ALL SUITCASES MUST BE WEIGHED AND MEASURED TO INSURE THEY FIT THE SIZE AND WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS. Anyone exceeding those requirements will need to pay the surcharge (as much as $250!) themselves, right there, at the airport.
9:30 am: Concert Band Rehearsal at Coe
10:30 am: Jazz Band Rehearsal at Coe (in uniform)
11:30: All help setup for concert
Noon: Jazz Band Concert on Gage Patio (rain location – Sinclair Auditorium)
CDs may be ordered at the concert or thereafter.
1:00 pm: Change out of uniform, load equipment into truck (Physical Plant)
Return room keys to Mary in Hickok 101.
To those parking cars on campus: Please leave
your cars in the large lot behind the new apartments along 14th
Street. Please use the portion of the lot closer to the Racquet Center and the
football field.

B leave for airport, lunch there, Flight Group A lunch on their own.Bus – 27 passengers, plus luggage/instruments, Carson – 3 band members, Patricks – 3 band members, Pitchers – 3 band members and luggage, Boland – 2 band members
2:00 pm: Flight Group B check in at airport
