Dec 28 Tue / Chicago
to Bangkok
• Board our flight
bound for Thailand.

• Spend the night
aboard as we cross the International Date Line.
Dec 29 Wed / Arrive
Bangkok
• Arrive in Bangkok,
the exotic capital of Thailand.
• Transfer to the hotel
for rest and relaxation.
Dec 30 Thu / Bangkok

• After breakfast, a
city tour is highlighted by the Grand Palace's gilded pavilions and majestic residence of Thai Royalty.
• Tour Wat Phra Keo,
site of the wondrous Emerald Buddha.
• Buffet lunch, then
a long-tailed speed boat to explore Bangkok along the canals.
• Evening
performance. (Venue is to be confirmed)
Dec 31 Fri / Bangkok

• Travel to Don Wai
local market along the river and proceed to Rose
Garden to see the show "Living the Thai Culture."
• Buffet lunch at

New Year's Eve in
Bangkok!
Jan 01 Sat / Bangkok
• Tour to Ayuthaya,
the former capital of Thailand, we will visit Bang
Pa
In
Summer Palace and ruins of the Ancient City of Ayuthaya. Here
we will see the glorious Chinese and Thai Pavilions, before taking a
lazy long-tail boat ride on the Chao Phraya River.

• Evening dinner and
Joe Louis Puppet Theatre.
Jan 02 Sun / Bangkok
to Chiangmai
• Take the morning
flight from Bangkok to Chiangmai - popularly known as the Rose of the
North, blessed with stunning natural beauty and unique indigenous
cultural identity.
• After check
in at hotel,
we
visit
Doi Suthep Temple and a Home Industry to learn how the people
make umbrella, lacquer wares, wood carvings, silver wares, etc.
• In the evening,
enjoy Kantoke Dinner, the northern Thai dinner with a colorful hill
tribe show.
Jan 03 Mon / Chiangmai

• Today, we visit the
Mae Taeng Elephant Camp, to see the elephant show, ride an elephant in
the jungle, and then bamboo rafting.
• Afternoon visit a
hill tribe in the area.
• Evening performance

Jan 04 Tue / Chiangmai
• Today, we visit the
Hill tribe Museum and do some shopping.
• Evening farewell
dinner at a local restaurant and we will have a chance to join the
traditional Sky Lantern release to the heavens.
Jan 05 Wed /
Chiangmai to Bangkok

• Take a domestic
flight Chiangmai to Bangkok.
• Afternoon, visit
the Jim Thompson House, the museum of entrepreneur Jim Thompson, who
introduced Thai Silk to the world.
• Tonight, an
authentic Thai buffet with a world-class stage show depicting
Thailand's historical and spiritual heritage at Siam Niramit.
Jan 06 Thu / Bangkok
to Pattaya
• Drive to Pattaya
and take a boat trip to Coral Island, where we can enjoy swimming,
diving, and sunbathing.
• Drive back to
Bangkok.
Jan 07 Fri / Bangkok
to USA
• Today is free to
explore the city on your own. In the evening, we will meet in the hotel
lobby and transfer to airport.
• We take an evening
flight back to the USA.
Jan 08 Sat / Arrive
Chicago
• Our flight will
arrive Chicago in the morning.
