Directors -                                                                                                 Send your students to this website and have them fill out the online application.  At the application deadline, directors will receive an email confirming students are enrolled in your program and will be asked to rank them.

  2. Complete the Director's Information Form (link below) and use the ranking portion of the form to prioritize Junior and Senior nominees.
  3. If printing a form and submitting it by mail (online submission is preferred!) please return the nomination forms and director's information/ranking form to arrive by Feb. 1 to: Coe College Honor Bands, Department of Music, Coe College, 1220 First Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA  52402, Fax: 319-399-8209, E-mail: wcarson@coe.edu.
