Other drivers include Carson + 3 passengers, Boland, Haney, Lawrence, Sheldon, Behrens + 2 passengers (bus parking on Water Street, per Dan Peterson). Stop by Carson’s van and carry food to pavilion. If you have lawn chairs or blankets please bring them!
8:30 pm: Cedar Rapids Municipal Band concert at Hooverfest, complete with synchronized FIREWORKS.
9:45 pm: Load bus, other vehicles for return to Cedar Rapids

4:00: load truck (Alan Lawrence and 1 passenger) and bus (Russ Kwaiser, 895-6573, 40 passengers), and Carson van (6 passengers) for transport to Ellis Park, dress in white shirts and black pants (if you want to save your black shirt for tour, or if you need white shirt to play in CRMB), travel to Ellis Park. If you have lawn chairs or blankets please bring them again.
5:00 – Sub sandwiches and pop at Ellis Park (rain location – band room)

9:00 – Donuts and Juice in Marquis Hall - MANDATORY SUITCASE WEIGH-IN - ALL SUITCASES MUST BE WEIGHED AND MEASURED TO INSURE THEY FIT THE SIZE AND WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS. Anyone exceeding those requirements will need to pay the surcharge (as much as $250!) themselves, right there, at the airport.

Sight-seeing - Buckingham Palace including the changing of the guard, Westminster Abbey, Piccadilly Circus, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Downing Street and Trafalgar Square.
